Astra's Cosmic Canape is a spoonful of blue cream decorated with blue star sprinkles.
Obtaining
Astra's Cosmic Canape can be obtained from Astra after reaching both 300 and 800 affection with him. It can also be received from birthday cards sent by Astra.
In addition, one can be received from completing the side quest "The Voice of the Stars."
Gifting
Astra's Cosmic Canape has not been identified as any pet's favorite birthday gift.
