Regular Birthday Cakes can be obtained through birthday cards. They are received on a player's birthday from every NPC with which they have achieved over 300 Affection. The variant received corresponds to the NPC's main virtue.
The Prismatic Birthday Cake can be obtained by alchemizing one Charming Mousse Cake, one Comprehensive Jello, one Honourable Red Velvet Cake and one Tenacious Cheesecake with a regular Birthday Cake of any kind.
Gifting
Birthday Cakes has not been identified as any pet's favorite birthday gift.
