Buli is a scientist living in Louise Hill. Despite her innocent appearance, Buli is known to steal frequently from Bearnard's fields to use the turnips in her experiments. She has met world-hoppers many times before and it is hinted that she might even be one herself, or possess some form of animation magic.
She lives in the blue house with a yellow roof.
Personality[]
Buli is a generally dishonest and secretive person and greatly values her privacy. She is greatly dedicated to studying the science of Pet Alchemy and keeps her methods secret from the outside world.
She dislikes hypocrites and doesn't care for lectures in morality or being told what to do. As a dishonest person herself, she won't hold other people's dishonesty against them. She likes confidence as long as it's not misplaced and appreciates flattery, although it will not prove effective with her as a means of persuasion.
Relationships[]
Buli's thieving and dishonest tendencies has made for a strained neighbor dynamic with Bearnard. She finds it fun to annoy him but does seem to care about his general well-being, masking her attempts at making him feel better as an investment in future turnip harvests. She will often ask the player to spin his chance machine whenever he seems unwell as part of her daily quests.

Assistant of the Year, You really have been so helpful to me since you first came into this world. I've been thinking it over recently- and, well today I discovered quite a bounty in my garden, which seems like a good sign to me. I will be straightforward: it's time that I tell you the truth. Where should I start? At the beginning is too boring, and really the middle is boring too. The ending you know- here I am in Louise Hill. You see, I am also a world-hopper, as well as a wizard. Unbelievable, right? I came to this world a great many years ago, before this town was ever named Louise Hill. Back then, I animated all manner of things, and a good deal quicker than you've been managing. I once animated a creatures so large its wings spanned the distance from here to Aviar Cove. It grew from a great oak tree. But over time... my power began to wane. I no longer have it in me to animate such magnificent creatures, hence why I have needed your help. Chit Chat[]
Chit-chatting with a NPC will give you a maximum of 
1 Affection per day. They will repeat the same sentences over and over but it’s a nice way of getting to know a bit more about Dappervolk and its inhabitants.
