Buli's Blue Bow Cake is a rare totem and pet food. It has the chance to increase a pet's stats permanently (when eaten) or temporarily (when equipped as a totem).

A light-blue, square cake with a soft yellow frosted bow on top.
Obtaining
Buli's Blue Bow Cake can be obtained from Buli after reaching both 300 and 800 affection with her. It can also be received from birthday cards sent by Buli.
In addition, one can be received from completing the side quest "Buli's Laboratory." There is also a chance to obtain it from the seasonal Johaness' Spring Festivities.
Gifting
Buli's Blue Bow Cake has not been identified as any pet's favorite birthday gift.
