Description
Small rings of softly glowing liquid hover around the wrists. The Common variant is light blue, the Uncommon variant is pastel green, the Rare variant is white with muted dark purple jewels, and the Alchemy variant is gold with light pink jewels.

Buli's Essence Rings can be obtained from Buli as a common, uncommon, or rare prize in her Chance Machine. Its Alchemy variant can only be obtained through Evolving Alchemy.
