Calbet's Cabbage Cake can be obtained from Calbet after reaching both 300 and 800 affection with him. It can also be received from birthday cards sent by Calbet.
In addition, one can be received from completing the side quest "Calbet's Correspondence." There is also a chance to obtain it from the seasonal Johaness' Spring Festivities.
Gifting
Calbet's Cabbage Cake has not been identified as any pet's favorite birthday gift.
