Carneau's Colonel Cape is a regal colonel cape, complete with epaulets that fill out the shoulders. The Common variant is red with a blue lining and beads at the hem, the Uncommon variant is silver with a grey lining and hem beads, the Rare variant is light blue all over, and the Alchemy variant is gold.
