Description
A simple brushed gold band with a small blue gem at the center. The Diadem variant is more ornate, and the Starry Tiara variant has additional blue gems at the avatar's temples. The Winged Halo variant sits atop the avatar's hair and has a white angel wing at the crown of the avatar's head.
Obtaining
The Cerulean Circlet and Cerulean Diadem variants can be found in Random Item Alchemy or after collecting 50 points for one bar in the energy meter while Adventuring and claiming the prize on the Aviar Cove path.
The Starry Tiara variant can be obtained by alchemizing five of the Diadem variant, and the Winged Halo can be obtained by alchemizing five of the Starry Tiara variant.
Gifting
