Chance Machines: Vaer Reef

Every NPC in Dappervolk has an unlockable Chance Machine. You will gain access to these naturally as you progress through the story, but there are some that will remain locked (at first) depending on your choices. Each chance machine also has a bonus claim pool, which allows a user to claim a bonus prize.

Unlocking Machines

This town has two points in its storyline where you have to choose a machine to unlock: Clione or Pyrifera, and then Xarion or Wras.

When asked whether to choose between Clione and Pyrifera (and then when considering Xarion and Wras), choose carefully, as your choice determines which shop you will initially unlock.
You can only unlock one part of each pair's machines through the initial storyline.
The remaining two shops can be unlocked by increasing the corresponding NPCs' affection to 500.
