Cordelia is a NPC who can be found at The Carnival during The Winter Carnival.
Background
Not much is known about Cordelia. Her carnival game is a chance wheel that offers many prizes, and many Dappervolk NPCs visit her, but knowledge of her personal history (other than her love of tea) is scant.
Chit Chat
Chit-chatting with an NPC will give a maximum of +1 
per day. They will repeat the same sentences indefinitely, but it’s a nice way of getting to know a bit more about Dappervolk and its inhabitants.
