Daily Quests, also called Daily Errands, are randomized tasks given by NPCs that can be completed up to three times a day per NPC. There are generally three ways to complete daily errands:
Successful completion: Carry out the task as requested. Will yield positive affection with the NPC, potatoes, and pet food that corresponds to their personality.
Negative completion: Do something which the NPC dislikes, such as bringing the wrong item or saying the wrong thing. Will yield negative affection with the NPC and a small potato reward (or no potatoes at all).
Cancellation: Cancelling the quest yields no positive or negative rewards but will still count towards the daily quest limit.
Items given away during daily errands will be lost. This doesn't apply to pets. For archival purposes, please refer to the old daily quest page.

Complete two daily errands.
Complete 2/2 NPC quests. = 200 and +2 with Barclay; -2 with Glume and Mycel.
Played 3/3 times. = 200 and +2 with Glume; -2 with Barclay and Mycel.
Tell Glume you refuse to steal turnips from Bearnard instead. = Ends quest.
Glamours with Mycel
"See Vast Lands": Complete three trades.
Complete 3/3 trades. = 200 and +2 with Mycel; -2 with Barclay and Glume.
"Thrill of the Unexpected": Spin a chance machine three times.

Strategy
There are certain strategies you can take on to make completing daily quests as efficient as possible. If you're having a hard time developing your own, here are a few tips.
When pledged to Barclay for his temporary quests, be sure to complete his quests first as he will ask you to do other NPCs' daily quests.
Magdalene, Irin & Trout
These three characters can fall into a quest chain. Start with Magdalene, as she will often task you with helping Irin. Help Irin. However, Irin's task may be to help Trout. Therefore, when you've helped Trout, you may go backwards and cash in on all the quests. The problem with this order is that you may have to equip and unequip Magdalene's Apprentice Lamp fairly often, as Irin does not want you to wear one when doing their clothing quest.
Equip one of Irin's clothing items from the beginning. Have a Wardrobe tab open where you can easily equip and unequip Magdalene's Apprentice Lamp.
Trout & Barclay
Whether you are on the permanent or temporary daily witch quests, both Barclay and Trout ask you to play 3's Forest Cleanup. If you find this task tedious, it might be better to wait until you have both of their quests active before proceeding.
Glume & Mycel
Whether you are on the permanent or temporary daily witch quests, Glume and Mycel will have one quest in common: Adventuring (permanent errand) or spinning chance machines (temporary errand). If you find Adventuring tedious, it might be better to wait until you have both of their quests active before proceeding. If you are in the temporary quest phase and would like to save potatoes, you can wait until you have both Glume and Mycel's chance machine task active; however, note that this will cause you to have a net neutral gain/loss in affection as you're doing two witch's quests.
