Declan is a world-hopper merchant who can be found selling his human-exclusive wares in Peddler's Port from his shop, Declan's Stall. Only players of the Human class can encounter Declan.
Description
Like other world-hoppers, he does not remember anything before waking up in the world of Dappervolk. During his travels, he picked up some blacksmithing skills, so all the armour in his shop is crafted by him.
He has a metallic auro by his side.
Chit Chat
Chit-chatting with a NPC will give a maximum of +1 
per day. They will repeat the same sentences indefinitely, but it’s a nice way of getting to know a bit more about Dappervolk and its inhabitants.

- "I prefer simplicity, but I'm persuaded to layer my outfit quite often due to social pressures."
