Obtaining
The Common variants of Ethereal Locks (Midnight and Silver) can be obtained by Adventuring on the Three's Forest path, or through Random Events in Three's Forest and Red Tower.
The Uncommon variants (Gray, Golden, Moss, Wine, Prismatic, and Ink Dipped) can only be obtained through Item Alchemy (see recipes below). The recipes can be obtained from The Officiator's Record Office for 10 Record Tokens each.
Gifting
Ethereal Locks has not been identified as any pet's favorite birthday gift.
