- "Guild are built by world-hoppers in order to create a community of likeminded individuals, all working towards the common cause which is set by the Guild's creator - The Guildmaster." - Officiator
Guilds are smaller user-run communities with special features and goals. They can be joined through the Guilds page or created through the Officiator in Peddler's Port after fulfilling his requirements.
Players in guilds can gain experience points for their guild by being active on the site, raising its level. The exp can be used for both aesthetic and functional upgrades.
The Guilds feature was unlocked on the Kickstarter as a $60,000 (CAD) stretch goal.
Creating a Guild[]
In order to create a Guild, you must fulfill a set of requirements and talk to the Officiator in Peddler's Port. The requirements are as follows:
- Increase your overall affection with the citizens in the town you wish to establish your guild to 4500 combined. A guild can move town at any time as long as the requirement is met there too.
- Gather 4 other players who will join your Guild at creation.
- Pay 100,000 at the creation of the guild.
Joining a Guild[]
Public guilds can be found in the Guild Directory, under the Community menu. Guilds will only show in this directory if they are public and currently accepting applications from prospective members. In order to join a Guild, you must send in an application with information based on what the Guild is looking for in its members. Players can only be in one guild at a time.
Guild Emblems & Flags[]
Guild Emblems and Flags are icons that can have their outline, colour and flag shape customized. Emblems are the symbols shown on the flags and the fill colour can be changed through guild upgrades, while the outline can be changed or completely removed in the guild layout settings. Flags have different shapes and different colour options. More customization options are unlocked as Guilds progress.

Guild Duels[]

Both guilds receive EXP for participating, but the winning guild receives a bonus. Additionally optional potato wages can be made by both parties with the winner winning the total pot.
Guild FAQ[]
Last updated 24 July 2020.
Questions and answers are pulled directly from the Guilds FAQ created by Admin (#1).
What's the benefit of joining a Guild?
Guilds are groups within the larger site community in which you can spend time with a smaller community and enjoy features such as a live chat, private forums, and everything else a guild has to offer! Join or create a guild based on your interests or goals!
What's the member limit?
All guilds will start off with a 20 member limit, and can be upgraded incrementally after leveling up the guild through regular site activity.
What are guild levels?
Guilds start at level 1, and slowly gain exp as members partipate in playing the game and posting in the guild itself. Each level up unlocks various upgrades for the guild that the creator of the guild can then choose to start on.
How does a guild gain exp?
Various tasks and activities done around the site and in a guild by its members will raise the guild's exp incrementally each day. Members help a guild level by actively playing the game.
What are guild upgrades?
Guild upgrades can be anything from changing the guild's flag/emblem, to raising the member limit, to unlocking additional guild forum categories, and more! Each time a guild upgrade is selected by the guildmaster, members will need to do a collection of tasks in order to complete the upgrade.
Can a guild be moved to a different town?
Yes, the guildmaster can move a guild to a different town, provided they have the guild zone permit for that town! This means they need the same amount of affection in the town they want to move the guild to as detailed by the Officiator.
Can a guild's ownership be transfered to a different user?
Yes, provided that the new owner also has a guild zone permit for the town the guild is currently in!
How much can a guild be customized?
The guildmaster will be able to set hexcode colours for almost all aspects of the guild's layout, as well as upload custom background and content images.
Can I charge users to join my guild?
No, guilds are application or invitation based, but charging site currency/items to join your guild is unfair to the community. You can however freely choose from applications or make the guild invite only.
