Irin's Totem resembles a plant bulb in muted rainbow colours with a pair of sprite wings behind it.
Obtaining
Irin's Totem is obtained after completing Irin's side quest "Irin's Festivity," which is received after reaching 500 affection with them.
Gifting
Irin's Totem has not been identified as any pet's favorite birthday gift.
