Lian is a seasonal NPC who can be found at the Lotus Pavilion during the Lian's Spring Festivities event.
Relationships
During the Winter Advent Calendar, Lian is shown to be on a first-name basis with the First Mate, Tao.
Chit Chat
Chit-chatting with an NPC will give a maximum of +1 
per day. They will repeat the same sentences indefinitely, but it’s a nice way of getting to know a bit more about Dappervolk and its inhabitants.
