Obtaining
Lief's Mystery Beverage can be obtained from Lief after reaching both 300 and 800 affection with her. It can also be received from birthday cards sent by Lief.
In addition, one can be received from completing the side quest "Solving Inventor's Slump."
Gifting
Lief's Mystery Beverage has not been identified as any pet's favorite birthday gift.
