Lula is a NPC who can be found at The Spiralwood during Kelbi's Spiralwood Festival. She's accompanied by an oplid named Clement.
Background
Lula comes from a large family with many feisty younger siblings. When the player first meets her, it is her first time running Kelbi's Spiralwood Festival.
Personality
Lula is very dedicated to her role of festival director and worries about not delivering the best results. She values tradition and is hesitant to try new things.
Relationships
Lula is very close to her siblings and together they run Kelbi's Spiralwood Festival. Her siblings are Laurel the bear, Ash the badger, Olive the nightingale, Clay the deer, foxes Lark and Simone. They are identical twins - Lark is wearing the yellow bow, and Simone has the purple bow. Each of them has assigned duties during the festival to assure it runs smoothly.
Clement
Clement is an adult oplid. Lula met them while preparing decorations for Kelbi's Spiralwood Festival one year and they have been friends ever since. Clement attempts to calm Lula down when she gets nervous and overthinks things. They mainly comunicate in sneezes, squeaks and murmurs.
Oplids gets sick easily during winter and Lula often has to take care of Clement until they recover.
Chit Chat
Chit-chatting with an NPC will give a maximum of +1 
per day. They will repeat the same sentences indefinitely, but it’s a nice way of getting to know a bit more about Dappervolk and its inhabitants.

- "Kelbi teapots, Kelbi steamer baskets, Kelbi night caps.... oh what else could we add to the stands to make them stand out?"
- "I hope all the noise isn't bothering your pet. We have some earplugs they could wear somewhere, let me find them for you."
- "He may be sniffling a lot, but at least Clement seems to be having a good time. Me? Maybe ask later..."
- "Oplids are pretty common in the Spiralwood. Have you ever seen them in other places you've traveled?"
After completion of A Cacophony of Harmony
- "Clement seems to have perked up a bit now that spring is here! They're much more talkative now that we know they can talk, too."
- "I totally thought Clement was a little baby Oplid, I guess they come in all shapes and sizes."
- "Olive said she's trying a new pickle recipe and thought you'd be interested try them. M-maybe I will be too."
