Marvel's Strawberry Shortcake can be obtained from Marvel after reaching both 300 and 800 affection with her. It can also be received from birthday cards sent by Marvel.
In addition, one can be received from completing the side quest "Helping Around the Shop." There is also a chance to obtain it from the seasonal Johaness' Spring Festivities.
