Paulie is a frog who can be found trying to invest in his ideal home at The Frog Pond. His daily quest requests potatoes from the player in exchange for Frog Coins and occasionally Tadpole Tokens.
Personality
Paulie seems to be very put-together and polished. He wears a cardigan and a bowtie, and is seen being in command of some swamp bugs during his daily quest. It is possible that his age makes swamp inhabitants predisposed to follow his authority.
Curiously, Paulie's chit chat dialogue indicates that he needs to "practice" his frog sounds. When combined with the fact that Pinot, a studied magician, does not believe Paulie's claims of being a frog, this may indicate that Paulie is more than meets the eye.
Relationships
Pinot believes that Paulie's frog appearance is the result of advanced illusionary magic, though Paulie insists with benevolent confusion that he is just a simple frog. They met for the first time at the 4th Anniversary Pearl Gala.
Chit Chat
Chit-chatting with a NPC will give a maximum of +1 
per day. They will repeat the same sentences indefinitely, but it’s a nice way of getting to know a bit more about Dappervolk and its inhabitants.
