Peddler's Port is a trading hotspot situated at the far west of the main continent. Thanks to the many traders coming through, travel there is made easy by hitching a ride and does not require any town hops. It is not part of the main storyline but houses special shops and a Chance Machine that rotate in stock.
Peddler's Port is unlocked once the player has completed the main quest "Back to Fantasia" in Louise Hill.
This is where The Officiator can be found, the NPC who manages Guilds and grants travel permits.
"On the very west of the main continent is a bustling port situated by the sea. It is mostly inhabited by merchants, peddlers, and tradespeople. Banners in the port fly high with insignia representing different types of commerce. Travel to this port is made easy thanks to the various traders' caravans, animal steeds, and pulled carts that allow travellers to hitch convenient rides to and fro. This means that travelling to Peddler's Port does not require any town hops."
