Every NPC in Dappervolk has an unlockable Chance Machine. You will gain access to these naturally as you progress through the story, but there are some that will remain locked (at first) depending on your choices. Each chance machine also has a bonus claim pool, which allows a user to claim a bonus prize.
Unlocking Machine
Pinot's Apothecary is a chance machine in The Red Tower run by Pinot. It functions just like a regular chance machine, with the exception of using Crimson Energy, a rare currency exclusive to Pinot.
This shop can be unlocked by completing the Side Quest: A Fresh Start.
A free bonus prize can be picked for every 2,000 
Crimson Energy spent.
