Poe's Balloons is a set of several large balloons shaped like sea creature faces, crowded around the avatar's head and held in one hand. The Common variant is orange-red, the Uncommon variant is cobalt blue, the Rare variant is gold, and the Alchemy variant is silver.
Obtaining
Poe's Balloons can be obtained from Poe as a common, uncommon, or rare prize in her chance machine. The Alchemy variant can only be obtained through Evolving Alchemy.
