An account can be upgraded to Premium status by using the Premium Badge item.


Obtaining

Premium account badges can be purchased in Peddler's Port by talking to Agnes, and occasionally other players will list them on the Trades Market.

At the time of writing, a 30-Day Premium Badge costs 500 Turnips., a 90-Day Premium Badge is 1,300 Turnips., and a 365-Day Premium Badge costs 5,000 Turnips..[1]


Premium Perks

The Premium account perks are currently as follows[2]:

  • Increased daily Playground caps: +2,000 potatoes, +2 item rewards,
  • Increased daily forum post potato cap: +2,000 potatoes,
  • Increased Daily Bonus tasks: +1 potato reward task, +1 stat reward task,
  • One extra town hop per day,
  • Citizen account rank (a cosmetic bonus for forum posts),
  • Exclusive forum post border themed to Peddler's Port,
  • Access to premium-only underwear selections in your wardrobe,
  • Three extra slots for saved outfits,
  • Access to ten extra active Trades Market lots,
  • 600 Turnips-Spent points per month towards a free item from Pai's Shop of Wonders, and
  • Restore your Ad Theater streak five times per month instead of three.


Premium Underwear

Upon updating to Premium, a "Premium Underwear" category and seven new sets of underwear will appear in the Wardrobe. These underwear items cannot be traded or withdrawn from the Wardrobe and disappear after the Premium account status expires.

Just like the normal underwear layer, sections of the underwear will be hidden once a layer is added on top. The category is a locked and hidden layer and will not appear when sorting the clothing order.
