Vaer Sea Forage is Vaer Reef's respective minigame. It follows Pyrifera as she forages for medical resources. It is a tile-matching game in which points are earned by swapping pieces to build links of 3 or more of the same object. The game is timed and will end when the timer runs out. Matching 4 objects adds an extra three seconds to the timer, and matching 5 objects adds five seconds.
There are a variety of objects present on the board, and more will be added as the player levels up, making it harder to progress. Upon starting the game, there are the kelp, nautilus, and seashell tiles on the board. Level 2 is reached at 12000 points and introduces the coral tile. The coin tile is added to the mix at 22000 points, the terrarium is introduced at 31000 points, and the ruby tile is added at 39000 points.
There are three bonus blocks that can fall onto the board at random. The scimitar block clears the surrounding eight blocks and the hourglass block gives 15 seconds of extra time. The shape shifter block clears one type of object based on when you click on it and grants extra time based on how many tiles were cleared. Shape shifter tiles appear more often at the beginning of the game.

When Olievar asks the player to collect some plants for their daily quest, they want you to play this game.
Occasionally a Daily Potato Task will require you to play this game once, and a Daily Stat Boost Task may ask you to play it three times.
Rewards[]
The minimum valid score is 5000 points, with 25000-39999 resulting in a Candied Shells reward and 40000+ in a Sea Forage Roll Cake.
