Wras is a pirate captain living in a ruin near Vaer Reef, first encountered when leaving Aviar Cove on Johaness' boat.
Background[]
Wras grew up in the poor part of town with little food on the table. He grew resentful of the town that did nothing to help their citizens in need and chose to leave everything behind to become a pirate.
Personality[]
Though villainous, he cares for his crew and the underdogs of the city. He's especially proficient in deception and theatrics.
Relationships[]
Wras went to the same school as Pyrifera and has some sort of agreement with Olievar.
Due to his distain towards authority, he does whatever he can to spite Xarion's values and plans.

Here’s some advice, world-hopper: Watch yourself. Look over your shoulder. Check your locks before you go to sleep. Pay attention to the passersby you see on the street. Is one of them following you? Do you recognize my agents? You can even keep yourself armed, if you like. My crew could use the exercise. You can stay as paranoid as you want. I want you to spend the rest of your life in fear, constantly waiting for the day I retaliate. In the end, it won’t matter. If I want to hurt you, I will. If I want you dead, you’re gone. Chit-chatting with a NPC will give you a maximum of +1 
per day. They will repeat the same sentences over and over but it’s a nice way of getting to know a bit more about Dappervolk and its inhabitants.
